Great experience with the team. They met with me to assess the home I was needing complete replacement of central air, furnace, and duct work along with vent replacements for the bathrooms, dryer, and kitchen hood. He did a thorough assessment and provided options to choose from based on my need and budget. I ended up selecting Roland Black for the project. They have been very professional throughout the entire process- demo, install, and re-visits for minor requests. Every time I called them, they were responsive and always showed up on time! They even send courtesy emails and texts alerting me they were en route. I would HIGHLY recommend them and look forward to using Roland Black for more future projects.

Today a team from Ronald Black installed a new compressor roof unit at our apartment building and a new interior unit in our apartment. They could not have been more personable or professional. They started early in the morning and completed all work around 6:00 PM. They checked and rechecked pressures and temperatures before being content enough to leave. Great guys and a great job done.

These men came and pulled all of the old ductwork out from under my house, and removed the old , nonfunctional HVAC unit. Hauled all away and left no mess. They were methodical and all worked well together. They had my new gas unit installed in 2 days, and it is Pretty! That showed me how to operate the thermostat. Their price was the bed, by 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS!! They did an EXCELLENT job. It is easy to communicate with them and they respond promptly to phone calls/questions.
